Refund Policy

allmodelapi.com plans and credit top-ups add balance to your unified credit wallet. Usage begins immediately as API requests consume credit.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds may be reduced to account for tokens already consumed.

When a partial refund is approved, the refundable amount is the purchase price less the value of usage already consumed during the billing cycle.

No refund is available when consumed usage equals or exceeds the eligible refund value.

• Verified duplicate charges will be reversed.
• A verifiable allmodelapi.com outage may qualify for service credit at our discretion.
• Each request is reviewed using the account and request logs available to us.

Email support@opusrouter.com with your account email, transaction ID, selected plan, and a description of the issue.

Approved refunds are processed within 3–7 working days to the original payment instrument. Bank or payment-provider processing time may vary.
